We reserve the right to reject any hire request if the customer fails to meet the minimum requirements listed below. This is to ensure the protection of our gear and the safety of all parties involved.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must provide 100 points of valid Australian ID (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, Medicare card, utility bills)

• Must be over 21 years of age

• Must have prior experience with cinema cameras or demonstrate capability

• Valid credit card for security deposit

• Completed and signed rental agreement

General Rules:

• Gear must be returned in clean and working condition

• Late returns will incur a daily late fee

• Customer is fully responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the hire period

• No modifications may be made to the camera without written approval

• Equipment must not be sub-hired or used in illegal or dangerous activities

• Please back up your data — we wipe cards after every return.
