Our audio rack ties directly into your venue’s PA while running wireless lavaliers and handhelds on a separate mixer, guaranteeing clean, isolated speech. A live-switch console feeds screens, overflow rooms or a streaming encoder in real time, while dual SSD recorders back up every channel the moment it’s shot.

Our Corporate Event Videography service brings a full broadcast-grade rig—multi-camera coverage, integrated audio control, live-switch capability and redundant on-site recording—to make sure every angle and every word of your event is captured, polished and packaged for immediate business value.
Coverage options
Half-Day (4 hours). Ideal for a morning town-hall or afternoon investor update. Two-person crew (director of photography and audio/assistant) captures a polished highlight reel, a full-length session record and three social-media snippets. Standard turnaround is five business days, with 48-hour rush edit available.
Full-Day (8 hours). Designed for conferences or multi-session summits. Three-person crew runs a primary camera, a roaming angle and a dedicated audio tech. Deliverables include everything from the Half-Day package plus a multi-angle panel discussion edit and a complimentary set of fifteen high-resolution stills pulled from RAW video frames. Final assets arrive within seven business days.
Custom (8 hours +). Roadshows, multi-city launches or hybrid events may need expanded crew, a vision switch director, additional cameras or on-site editors producing same-day content. We scale gear and personnel to match, then quote deliverables and turnaround in writing before production begins.
Production workflow (how we keep you worry-free)

Pre-production consult. A 30-minute discovery call aligns shot lists, branding guidelines and pain points.

Technical recce. We survey the venue, confirm lighting plots, pull house audio feeds and plan cable runs in advance.

Event day. Crew lands 90 minutes early for camera matching, white-balance and line checks. Recording is continuous once doors open—no gaps, no missed cues.

Post-production. Multi-cam synchronisation, colour pass, noise reduction and lower-third graphics happen on calibrated workstations. Two rounds of client feedback are included; additional changes are AUD 150 per round.

Delivery & archive. Masters ship via secure download links in H.264 for web and ProRes for archival. We retain RAW footage on our RAID/NAS for twelve months, with extended storage available.
Booking details
Select a date in the calendar, choose Half-Day, Full-Day or Custom Duration and you’ll receive an automated confirmation. A 30 per cent deposit secures crew and equipment. Overtime beyond the booked window is billed at AUD 250 per hour—clearly stated up front so there are no surprises.
